Final Funding
Round and Closure Notice

After many years of supporting local charitable and community initiatives, the Trustees of The Vogelmorn Foundation (TVF) have made the difficult decision to wind up the Foundation.

As part of this process, TVF is inviting applications for a final round of funding. The
Foundation's remaining funds will be distributed to eligible organisations and individuals whose activities align with the Foundation's charitable purposes and benefit the local community.

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for funding:

1. The organisation and/or its activities must be based in the geographical area of TVF.

2. The geographical area is: Brooklyn, Mornington, Vogeltown, and Kingston.

3. An individual applying for funds for his or her use must have lived permanently in the area for at least three years.

Preference will be given to projects and activities that provide a clear and lasting benefit to the local community.

How to Apply

Applications should include:

  • A brief description of your organisation or project.
  • Details of the activity or purpose for which funding is sought.
  • The amount requested and a simple budget.
  • Confirmation that the application meets the eligibility criteria.
  • Contact details for the applicant.

Key Dates

  • Applications close: 14 July 2026
  • Successful applicants notified: By 11 August 2026
  • Final grants distributed: August 2026

Late applications will not be considered.

Foundation Closure

Following the completion of the final funding round and the distribution of all remaining funds, The Vogelmorn Foundation will complete its legal and administrative obligations and formally wind up its affairs. The closure process is expected to be completed by 29 September 2026.

The Trustees would like to thank all those who have supported, partnered with, and benefited from the Foundation over the years. We are proud of the contribution TVF has made to our community and hope these final grants will continue to have a positive impact for years to come.
